The Eurel has created a new integrated multimedia system for the Regional Council of Lombardy, which includes electronic voting via finger print recognition, amplification, speaker management and high-definition video distribution.
The new system was presented to the press at the Council of Lombardy on the occasion of the meeting dated September 10, 2013 and was met with the satisfaction of all.
The new system represents the most of what technology has to offer today and makes working in Assembly Halls quicker and safer.
Among the innovations, the most important is certainly the large 5"colour LCD touch screen installed on each workstation for the Regional Councillors to be used to display a large amount of information including agendas for greater interaction between the Assembly and the offices related to them.
Another important innovation is the availability of the finger print sensor used to detect the presence of the Councillors thus obviating the need for any other method for controlling both attendance during sessions and ensure the uniqueness of the vote expressed by the individual Councillors.
In addition, the open type of architecture of allows for any eventual implementation or updating in the future. Once again, the ability of Eurel in designing and professionalism is newly successful and innovative, placing our company at the top in this particular field of application that is so complex and delicate.
