Following Clients requests, Eurel Informatica SpA provides a technical assistance service against payment.
The service is normally organized over two fundamental activities:
- Preventive technical assistance required for controlling the entire system, performed periodically as agreed upon with the Client;
- Correctional technical assistance to solve malfunctioning occurring during periods between preventive assistance.
The technical assistance period also covers repairs involving equipments with functional anomalies and are carried out at our workshops in Rome.
Technical assistance is provided by our qualified technicians who are able to intervene on all installed equipments.
Assistant call times are agreed upon with the Clients and taken into consideration when overall costs are decided upon.
